CFB Week 3 Late
Awesome start for us today with Mayfield having a monster game for Oklahoma. The late slate plays will be more of a cheat sheet this week.
- Luke Falk
- Trevone Boykin
- Patrick Mahomes
- Josh Rosen
- Cameron Coffman
Luke Falk is a name you will see at the top most weeks because of the insane number of passes Washington State throws… they are a pass heavy team with talented WR’s. Falk threw nearly 70 passes last week and should average over 50 pass attempts per game this season. WSU is a -25 home favorite tonight against the Wyoming defense.
Boykin is obviously an elite option that could be the top play. The issue with Boykin is the game script where TCU is a -39 favorite which means he may only play 3 quarters.
Patrick Mahomes is an interesting tournament/contrarian cash play tonight against Arkansas. The matchup will likely reduce his ownership but I love the tools he has to work with against this Arkansas defense.
Cameron Coffman is a DK only play but he is minimum price and will be playing from behind and throwing the entire game. Cash and GPP worthy.
- Nick Chubb
- Devontae Booker
- Michael Adkins II
- DeAndre Washington
- Brian Hill
Nick Chubb is easily the top play at RB in the late slate where he has a massive rushing yard prop this week. Chubb was a top play for the entire day at running back. George hasn’t really leaned on Chubb yet but this is a potential breakout matchup for him tonight against South Carolina in front of the home crowd at Georgia.
Michael Adkins is an interesting plays because we typically think Nelson Spruce when we think about Colorado… Adkins is having a nice year and appears to be a focal point in the Colorado offense this year.
- Gabe Marks
- Jakeem Grant
- Dom Williams
- Devin Lauderdale
- Kolby Listenbee
Gabe Marks ranks as our #1 WR in projection for the late slate. Marks plays for Washington State and their high tempo passing offense where he is the favorite target of QB Luke Falk.
Jakeem Grant is the big play guy for Texas Tech that also returns kicks from time to time. Grant is a great play in all formats tonight that I think might go a little under owned because people might be scared off by the Arkansas defense.
Kolby Listenbee is the most cost effective way to get exposure to Boykin and TCU offense.
- Hunter Henry
- Kivon Cartwright
- Chad Olsen
Hunter Henry is the clear cut top play if you want to spend a little at tight end. Henry should see 7-10 targets here which makes him the safest option with the highest floor.
Chad Olsen is our best cheap punt option in the late slate. Olsen is a guy who will see maybe 5 targets. Hopefully one of them is in the red zone!
